The deburring holder can tilt up to 5° from the axis in the radial direction and is movable 360°, can shrink 8mm in the axial direction, and the pressure can be set arbitrarily using air pressure.

【Features】 ■ It can absorb variations in workpiece shape. ■ It simplifies robot teaching. ■ It accommodates various materials for workpieces. By adjusting the air pressure of the AF20, AF30, and AF40 deburring holders to float them, optimal deburring is performed while following the workpiece. The AF10 model is designed for cast sand core use and removes burrs by pressing against the workpiece without rotation. * The adjustable air pressure range is 0.05 to 0.2 MPa. AF10 to AF40 indicates gripping diameters of Φ10 to 40, and all motor spindles are not included. * Attachments with motor spindles can be provided for AF20, AF30, and AF40. The target machines for use are robot systems and various dedicated machines. Standard accessories include a precision regulator, dust boots, and V-rings, while optional items include an airline unit and a pneumatic regulator. * For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Equipped with a high-torque QC motor spindle with a spindle diameter of Φ110, it has become possible to perform both rough machining and deburring processing compared to conventional products. 【Features】 ■ Demonstrates power in robot systems and various dedicated machines ■ The motor part has a vibration class of V-5 and is encoder-less, making it highly reliable and resistant to vibrations caused by cutting ■ Safety design that maintains the clamping state when the supply air is OFF ■ Built-in sensor for confirming the seating when the holder is clamped in the motor spindle's clamping mechanism, allowing for verification that the holder is securely clamped ■ Holds the holder with a pull force of 4 tons due to its unique dual-surface constrained shank * Please use the machining posture with the vertical position (tool facing down) as the 0° reference and horizontal (tool facing sideways) up to 90°.
