The deburring holder can tilt up to 5° from the axis in the radial direction and is movable 360°, can shrink 8mm in the axial direction, and the pressure can be set arbitrarily using air pressure.

By adjusting the air pressure of the AF20, AF30, and AF40 deburring holders to float them, optimal deburring is performed while following the workpiece. The AF10 model is designed for cast sand core use and removes burrs by pressing against the workpiece without rotation. * The adjustable air pressure range is 0.05 to 0.2 MPa. AF10 to AF40 indicates gripping diameters of Φ10 to 40, and all motor spindles are not included. * Attachments with motor spindles can be provided for AF20, AF30, and AF40. The target machines for use are robot systems and various dedicated machines.
